To stake your tokens and earn rewards in the PolkaGate extension, use the Easy Staking method for a simple process, as shown below. First, open the extension in full-screen mode and navigate to account details.
When you're in the account details in full-screen mode, select the asset you want to stake and then navigate to the staking page, as shown below.
On the staking options page, select the first option, 'Easy Staking,' which is ideal for most users.
Enter the amount you want to stake, use the 'Min amount' and 'Max amount' buttons to select the minimum and maximum amounts based on your available balance. Then, click 'Next' to proceed to the review page.
On the Review page, verify the information, then enter your password to submit the transaction.
Done! You have successfully staked your tokens. You will receive rewards in approximately two days. When you click "Done," you will be redirected to the staking dashboard page. Here, you can view your staking information, stake additional tokens, unstake, check your claimed reward history, view the staking pool you are part of, and access more details. Don’t forget to return to this page to claim your rewards 🚀.
💁♀️ For advanced users: If you are an advanced user, you can select "Advanced Staking" on the staking options page. This feature provides more options, allowing you to stake solo, choose validators, join an existing pool, or even create a new nomination pool.
